Financial Policy

At Solana Endodontics, we are committed to providing the highest quality endodontic care in Solana Beach at a fair and reasonable cost. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

At Solana Endodontics, we are proud to be a private, patient-centered dental practice. We operate out of network with all dental insurance providers, which allows us to deliver the highest standard of care without limitations imposed by insurance companies.

While full payment is due at the time of service, our team is here to assist you with the insurance claim process. We encourage all patients to review their insurance benefits in advance to understand coverage.
As a courtesy, we will:

  • File your insurance claim on your behalf
  • Submit all necessary paperwork to your insurance provider
  • Track the claim status and provide follow-up support for up to 90 days

Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding your account or treatment costs, please don’t hesitate to contact our office at (858)-321-ROOT. Often, a quick phone call can clear up any confusion.

Please note: You are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most dental insurance companies typically respond within four to six weeks. If you do not receive your insurance payment within that timeframe, please call us and we will do our best to help facilitate.

For those who need flexible payment options, we offer third-party financing through CareCredit. If you're interested in setting up a monthly payment plan, arrangements must be made before your scheduled procedure.
